Con el objetivo de estimular la creación en las diferentes manifestaciones artísticas e impulsar la búsqueda de nuevas tendencias y variados modos de expresión se hace este evento. La temática y materiales utilizados son libres, se priorizarán aplicaciones tradicionales y no tradicionales, en las que el artista destaque el manejo, oficio y dominio de los materiales desarrollando una tecnica depurada.
